Dr. Chan is an internist with Mount Carmel Medical Group who cares for adults of all ages, including patients over 65, at the Dublin Perimeter office. She completed her internal medicine residency at Mount Carmel and is board certified through the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine.
